Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Terms
The following terms apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services. Any collateral agreements require our written confirmation.
2. Offer
All offers are non-binding. Technical modifications compared to our product descriptions are possible. The current price list becomes invalid with the release of a new edition. Accidental or obvious errors in the writing or printing in the online catalog, dd-shop.ch, Didier Körössy may occur, and Didier Körössy reserves the right to cancel the order. We reserve the right to make price and product changes. Furthermore, we reserve the right not to accept orders or to not fulfill them due to stock shortages.
3. Delivery and Payment
Delivery to the buyer is made by postal service and only within the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein to the address specified in the order. The sender is DD-Shop, Didier Körössy, Chemin des Grandes-Vies 36, 2900 Porrentruy. All prices include legal VAT.
Delivery is made according to the customer's payment, either by standard or priority mail.
Deliveries to the following countries: USA, France, Spain, Portugal, will be made by courier services such as DHL, Federal Express, UPS, or other equivalent providers.
Deliveries are made after receipt and confirmation of payment
If a customer does not collect or refuses their package, a flat fee of CHF 25.- for shipping and administrative costs will be charged.
4. Returns / Warranty
We grant rights within the framework of legal warranty provisions. Returns must be in their original packaging and sent back by postal service. The shoe box cannot be used as shipping packaging. Socks and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For exchanges, a fee of CHF 10.- for administrative costs will be charged, payable in advance or in the form of a stamp.
5. Returns
You may return the item within 7 days of the order date.
We will refund the item amount after deducting CHF 10.- for administrative fees.
After 7 days, returns cannot be accepted without prior approval from us. This also applies to used items, items no longer in their original condition, or items with damaged original packaging. Clothing is accepted only if the original packaging has not been opened.
5.1 Return of discounted items and socks.
Socks and discounted items are excluded from returns or exchanges
Returns without explanation will be credited to your account after deducting CHF 20.- for administrative fees.
For exchanges, a fee of CHF 10.- for administrative costs will be charged, payable in advance in the form of a stamp.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of dd-shop.ch, Didier Körössy, until full payment is made.
7. Proof of Age
The buyer confirms they are of legal age when placing their order.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is stored solely for internal purposes and order processing. In no case do we share your address or other personal information with third parties.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Porrentruy, JU. Swiss law exclusively applies.
10. Copyright
Please note that logos, names, and trademarks of respective companies are generally subject to trademark, service mark, or copyright protection.
